  • To start with our services please read the Terms & Conditions page and complete the Sign Up form.

  • 1. Have your products shipped directly to our warehouse.

    2. Provide us with your shipment information and any additional information needed to warehouse@3pprime.com

    3. We prep, label, package and ship your products directly to Amazon FBA or Walmart WFS.

  • We go by calendar month so you will be billed based on total units sent in the month.

    Invoices will be sent through Paypal before the shipments are shipped for the first orders. After we have an established partnership, invoices will be sent in the fist business day of the new month.

    Payment methods:
    Paypal + 3% paypal fee
    Credit Card + 3% service charge 
    Zelle ( Free of Charge.)
    Bank Transfer (US Free of Charge / International $30 charge)

  • The shipping labels and charges for your Amazon bound shipments will go through your Seller Central account. We recommend using Amazon's Partnered Carriers to save on shipping costs. You pay those shipping costs through your Amazon account.

    For LTL/FTL, hazmat shipments, or any other shipments that go outside of the partnered carrier, we will invoice you for the incurred shipping costs.

    • Liquidation orders
    • Chocolates and Meltable items (March – October as per Amazon policy) we accept it starting October until March.
    • Those are not permitted under the law and illegal substances.

  • Our usual turnaround time is 2-3 business days. It can take longer during peak season in Q4 or if there are any issues with your delivery.

    Oversized/overweight, bundled, glass, intensive and bulk shipments may take between 3-7 business days.

    Turnaround time starts only after pick (packing) list and labels provided.

  • If you'd like us to use Inventory Lab or any other 3rd party listing tools to create your shipments, we will need sub-account access with ‘List’ .

    InventoryLab integration will result in a $10 per month in management fees as we have to create a user email for your inventoryLab account.

  • Yes, We do. However we expect all clients to be familiar with the basic terminologies and fulfillment process of Amazon.

  • At this time we do not accept Arbitrage clients.

  • Yes, We do. We expect all clients to be familiar with the basic terminologies and fulfillment process of the WFS.

  • Yes we can! Please request first.
    Each request will be handled separately depending on the item, condition and services needed.

  • Yes, Split up your shipments by sending part to Amazon and/or WFS, and we’ll store what left. Will replenish as needed.

    Storage will be billed accordingly.

  • 3P Prime can source a variety of custom packaging options for you including corrugated boxes, poly mailers, and bubble mailers of various size.

  • No. We have a strict confidentiality policy and will not disclose information about you or your business.

  • Yes. Our warehouse is a secure facility with cameras and your items are stored with care.

  • We store your documentation in dedicated file and can scan it or ship it directly to you upon request.

  • Sure! We integrate directly with marketplaces or shopping platforms you sell on to fulfill your orders.

  • As long as the order is in a fulfillable state:

    • All standard and available orders placed prior to 2PM EST Monday through Friday ship the same day.
